OKR Framework

What is the OKR Framework?

The OKR Framework was introduced by Andrew Grove at Intel, which he documented in his book High Output Management. It was originally called Intel Management by Objectives.

It was later introduced at Google, with the goal of ensuring the organization focuses on the same issues of importance.

It basically consists of defining an Objective and identifying a small number of related Key Results.

Our service consists of a deep-dive workshop with your organization to define and provide a roadmap for OKR implementation throughout the organization.
